Edward Vandyk

Edward was the founder and, until his retirement in 2007, the Chief Executive of Corporate Synergy plc (later renamed Blue Oar Securities plc) one of the City’s leading NOMADS. He has been involved in the floatation of over 100 companies and as a consequence has amassed extensive knowledge and experience of the small and micro cap market sector.

Oliver Cooke

Oliver is a Chartered Accountant and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Certified Accountants. He has served as Finance Director and latterly as Executive Chairman on the boards of a number of AIM listed companies. Oliver has also served on the boards of numerous private companies and has considerable first hand experience of IPOs, fundraising, acquisitions, disposals, corporate restructuring, demergers and corporate rescues and recoveries.

Both Edward and Oliver are also officers of and shareholders in Evolve Capital plc (www.evolvecapital.co.uk), an AIM listed company that has raised £4 million to invest in PLUS-quoted companies and in private companies looking to join the PLUS-quoted market.
